Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Nesilo handles information when you use the app. Nesilo is a photo collage and visual board app that lets users choose photos, add text or color cards, arrange layouts, save boards locally, and use optional in-app purchases for app features.
This policy applies to information processed through the app and related support communications. It does not apply to websites, services, or platforms that we do not control.
Information You Provide
You may choose to add photos, captions, text cards, color choices, notes, board titles, and layout preferences to your boards. This content is used to create and save the visual boards that you manage inside the app.
If you contact us for support, you may provide your email address and the information included in your message. We use that information only to respond to your request and handle related app support.
Local Content and Storage
Nesilo is designed to keep board content and app preferences on your device. Saved boards, selected layout details, local app settings, and local coin balance records may be stored locally so the app can restore your work and settings.
Photos are selected by you through the iOS photo picker. The app uses the selected photos to build your board. It does not require access to your full photo library unless you choose to grant access through Apple platform controls.
Basic Operating Information
The app and Apple platform services may process basic technical information needed to operate the app, deliver in-app purchases, provide crash diagnostics, prevent fraud, or maintain security. This may include device type, operating system version, purchase status, transaction identifiers handled by Apple, and general app performance information.
We do not use the app to request tracking permission, and we do not use IDFA for cross-app tracking.
How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- to provide board creation, editing, saving, and reopening features;
- to remember local preferences, saved boards, and local coin balance records;
- to process optional in-app purchases through Apple and update the related in-app balance after verified purchase completion;
- to provide support and respond to user requests;
- to maintain app security, reliability, and basic troubleshooting.
Service Providers and Platform Services
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Apple may handle purchase information, payment status, receipts, and related account information according to Apple's own terms and privacy practices.
We may rely on Apple platform services and operating system features, such as the iOS photo picker and local storage, to provide the app. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and Deletion
Local board content and app preferences remain on your device until you delete them, uninstall the app, use any available local deletion controls, or clear related device data. Support emails may be retained for a reasonable period to respond to requests and keep ordinary business records.
Because most board content is stored locally on your device, deleting the local app data or uninstalling the app may remove locally saved boards from that device.
Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You can choose whether to add photos, text, notes, or other content to the app. You can manage photo access and other app permissions in iOS settings. You can also delete local boards or app data using available app or device controls.

Children's Privacy
Nesilo is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review the request.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information handled by the app. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Use
The app may be used in different regions. Support requests and platform purchase processing may involve systems located outside your country or region. By using the app, you understand that information may be processed where we or our service providers operate.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after an update means the revised policy applies to your use of the app.
